Who We Are

Our website address is https://uniforms4u.org.

Uniforms 4 U values our customers. We are committed to protecting your privacy and the
information you give us. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to explain how Uniforms 4 U
collects, retains, and uses personal information that may be collected by us when you visit our
website. We use the information you give us to process your order and make your shopping
experience with us as enjoyable as possible.

What Personal Data We Collect And Why We Collect It

When you order, we ask only for the information needed to process and ship your order. We need to know your name, e-mail address, phone number, billing, and shipping address(es), credit card number, and expiration date. This allows us to fill and ship your order and provide you with information on your order status. Your address and e-mail address may be collected for marketing purposes. When placing your order by phone or online, you may opt out of the use of your information for marketing programs. For security reasons, your credit card information will not be stored under your Uniform Advantage Account. When you visit our site, the servers automatically log your IP address, the time and duration of your visit, and the time and duration spent on the pages of the site which you view. If you arrive at the site by clicking a paid advertisement or a link in an e-mail, the server will capture information that tracks your visit from that link. If you arrive at the site by clicking on a non-paid source, such as a search engine result or link on another website, the server may capture information that tracks your visit from that source, to the extent available. Uniforms 4 U uses this information to analyze trends, administer the site, to track users’ movements around the site, and to gather demographic information about Uniform Advantage users as a whole.

Contact Forms

When submitting information into our contact forms, we collect personally identifiable information such as names, addresses, date of births, email addresses and phone numbers when such information is voluntarily submitted by visitors. This information is used to send you information via our mailing list if you have opted into our mailing list. This information is used for customer service purposes.

Embedded Content From Other Websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Analytics

Google Analytics and HostGator are used by our site to track visitor information to our website.

How Long We Retain Your Data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What Rights You Have Over Your Data

If you have an account on this site or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where We Send Your Data

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
